James D. Finley Owner/CEO Jim is the owner and CEO of Finley Resources Inc. Jim has over 20 years of experience in the acquisition and exploitation of oil and gas properties. He is a graduate of the University of Texas and was employed by Arthur Andersen & Co. as a Certified Public Accountant early in his career. Jim has served on the Board of Directors of several public and private companies. |
Brent D. Talbot President Brent is a Petroleum Engineer with 23 years of experience in oil and gas operations. The majority of his experience was with Sun Oil Company and Wagner Oil Company. He graduated from LSU with a BBS in Petroleum Engineering. Brent directs and oversees operations of Finley Resources Inc. for the existing properties to maximize value and cash flow on a long term basis. |

Stephen M. Clark CFO Steve is responsible for the finance function, including banking relationships, consolidated financial and tax reporting, for all Finley companies and investments and assists in allocating capital among the entities and other opportunities. Steve was most recently with Stroud Energy, Inc. in Fort Worth, previously having been CFO for five years for Wagner Oil Company in Fort Worth. He holds BS and MS Accountancy degrees from the University of Houston. |
Clinton Koerth Vice President of Acquisitions and Land Clint organizes and coordinates all land activities for Finley Resources Inc.’s effective development of its assets. Prior to joining the company, Clint was a partner and VP of Business Development at CH4. Clint has a Petroleum Land Management degree from the University of Oklahoma as well as an MBA from University of Texas at Dallas. |
