Finley Resources Inc. is a privately held independent oil and gas producer. Our primary business is acquisition and exploration of oil and gas properties. Current company net production exceeds 30 MMcf/d and 2200 Bopd. The company has holdings in Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Colorado. The company operates about 800 wells and has non-operated interest in an additional 2000 wells. We have strong cashflow and low debt levels and therefore are in good position to consider additional acquisition candidates.
Finley Resources Inc., Real Estate Division owns and manages 9 office/warehouse properties. Finley Resources is interested in acquiring additional real estate and would make an offer on a real estate property.

We can make top-dollar cash offers on any significant (net cashflow between $1,000 per month and $2,500,000 per month) producing asset within 3 to 8 working days.
